After an early morning breakfast, departure to Chittorgarh. On the way to visiting Menal, which is famous in history, Prithviraj Chauhan made this his place to rest. The place is a complex of beautiful temples situated at the edge of a stream of spectacular waterfalls. You'll reach Chittorgarh by noon and check-in at the hotel. Later, visit the fort and palaces of Chittor. Then stay overnight in Chittorgarh.
En route to Udaipur, we visit the celebrated temples of Eklingji, which were built for the tutelary deity of the Maharanas of Mewar, made of sandstone and marble, in 734 AD. Its 108 temples are enclosed by high walls and have a pyramidical roof composed of hundreds of knobs. Later, visit Nagda, one of the ancient palaces of Mewar, dating back to the 6th century AD.
