VALLEY OF FLOWERS TREK

A high altitude valley, laden with numerous species of exotic and colorful flowers in the spring, summer and rainy seasons. An ideal beginner's trek, this one in Uttarakhand will be a precursor to your tryst with the Himalayas. The best time to visit is from July to September as the flowers will be in full bloom around that time and make for a deeply fascinating sight. For this trek, you will have to trek from Govindghat, on the route to Hemkund Sahib, up to Ghangaria which is quite an exhilarating climb. Catch the glimpse of the Himalayan beauty while you head out on this trek. At an altitude of 14,400 ft, you will come across the large clear water lake which will make you stare at it for long. This hidden jewel is a unique habitat and home to millions of species of wildflowers such as saxifrages, sediams, lilies, poppy, calendular, daisies, geranium, zinnia and petunia. Not just this you will come across varieties of colourful butterflies as you continue your trek.

HAMPTA PASS TREK

A mountain pass, the journey to which is known to be strenuous and challenging, is ideal for expert mountaineers. The breath-taking beauty along the trail is incredible. KEDARKANTHA TREK

Situated in the Garhwal Himalayas, Kedarkantha trekking is one of the best things to do in Uttarakhand. It is an amazing experience for those who enjoy spending time in nature. One of the often visited locations, the area’s natural beauty is complemented with quaint hamlets, unending lush green meadows, and some terrific sights of the towering Himalayan peaks. The snaking trail to the 3,850m tall summit goes through Govind National Park, which offers an exclusive glance of the Himalayan flora and fauna. With views of peaks like the Swargarohini, Banderpooch, Black, and Ranglana, the highlight of the trail is undoubtedly sunsets against the backdrop of impressive snow-capped mountains.

CHADAR TREK

A walking tour on the frozen Zanskar River from Chilling, near Leh, to Naerak. It is recommended for those who are adapted to extremely low temperatures. Even if it is a challenging trek, this one remains a favorite for many owing to its frozen glacier basins, snow-clad eskers and the overall stunning icy-white environs.

ROOPKUND TREK

An alpine lake with human skeletons in its water. However, apart from the local mystery surrounding the "skeletal lake", this trek is quite a handful-- gorgeous waterfalls, vast lands of rhododendron and oak forests, amazing peaks, beautiful campsites. It is quite an experience.

HAR KI DOON TREK

Har Ki Doon is home to a magnificent multitude of the most exotic flowers beautifully strewn amidst a vast network of streams with a splendid spread of mountains all around. Jaundhar Glacier known for its dense greenery and snow-clad mountains; Govind Wildlife Sanctuary known for its incredible variety of exotic flora and fauna; Hata Valley known for Hata and Jeju peaks and wildly scented meadows. Catch a sureshot glance of the Bandarpoonch and Swargarohini peaks. Locally known as the 'Valley of Gods', trekking through this eternal meadow is one of the best experiences and is rewarded with mesmerising views of the glaciers, mountain ridges, ancient temples, appealing caves and high altitude villages. According to the legends, Har Ki Doon valley shares its history with the age of the Mahabharata and holds an important place in the Hindu mythology. Best Season: April- June, September- December

CHOPTA TUNGANATH TREK

Tungnath trek is short and easy in the Chopta Tungnath trek which runs parallel to the sky-scraping Himalayan Treks. Tunganath is the highest temple of Garwal. During this hiking, one can enjoy a clear view of majestic peaks of Panchchuli, Nanda Devi, Nilkanth and Kedarnath. Chopta gives a picturesque view of the Himalayas. In the early spring, the Rhododendron forest glows red as the flowers bloom. Your journey for the Chopta Tungnath trekking will start from Haridwar, in Haridwar will visit the famous Mandakini Valley, the river and lake. Then we will visit Chopta, which is surrounded by dense forests. From Chopta, we will start for Tungnath and Chandrashilla Top (Our last destination).

KHEERGANGA TREK

Kheerganga Trek, located at a height of about 2950 m, is one of the most well-known trekking destinations. Located deep in the Parvati Valley, it is said that thousands of years back it was the abode of Lord Shiva. Kheerganga is nature's paradise, the beauty of the place is spellbinding. The place is famous for its hot water spring and a splendid view of the valley.

TRIUND LAKA GLACIER TREK

Triund trek near Mcleodganj has gained vast amounts of popularity in the recent years for the scenic beauty and adventurous nature of the trek. Situated at a height of 9500ft above sea level, the views from the top of the Triund hill will never fail to mesmerize you with the sheer beauty of the entire valley in front of you. The picture-perfect blue water lake is surrounded by the majestic Dhauladhar Ranges in Kullu Valley and it is always kept as a secret in the Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh.
